The Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu has invited qualified education students in Nigerian universities and Colleges of Education to participate in this year’s Bursary Awards.
This is in fulfillment of Mr. President’s commitment to reform the Education sector.
The Nigerian Bursary award application was introduced by the Buhari-led administration to alleviate poverty and provide opportunities to Nigerian students.
If you are a Nigerian student studying in a University or College of Education, hurry now and apply for NBA so that you do not miss this grand opportunity provided by the government.
Before you apply note that relevant information has been submitted to the Federal Ministry of Education by the Nigerian University Commission (NUC) and the National Commission of Colleges of Education (NCCE).

The deadline for submission of the Nigerian Bursary A application is 21st October 2022. Application forms are available online at www.education.gov.ng.

Eligibility criteria for the Nigerian Bursary Award 2022

i. Applicants must be studying Education in Nigerian Colleges of Education or Universities.
ii. Applicants must be full-time students.

How to Apply for the Nigerian Bursary Award 2022
Applicants should:

Complete the form online at https://education.gov.ng/ or https://fsbn.com.ng/scholarships
Submit and print a copy
Attach photocopies of the following documents:
Letter of Admission
Current student’s identity card.

Note:

1) Eligible candidates are advised to make a single entry as multiple entries will disqualify the applicants.
2) All applicants (including those who are physically challenged) must be in their first year or above.
3) Applicants must not be a beneficiary of any scholarship

“Undergraduate students of B.Ed / B.A. Ed/ BSc. Ed in Public institutions will receive stipends of N75,000.00 per semester. NCE students are to get N50,000.00 as stipends per semester,” this is in accordance with the minister’s announcement at the World Teachers’ Day celebration held at Eagle Square, Abuja, in 2022.
